Indecent content

StyleEyes Design reserves the right to suspend any websites we deem to be indecent or unethical.

Intellectual Property

What's ours? The Admin systems and code which generate and control your site are owned by us. By entering into our hosting agreement you are agreeing to hire use of our systems for the term of your payment.
What's yours? The web content you enter and upload via our Admin area is yours and your responsibilty. Be sure not to infringe any copyrights which may be applicable. The html pages generated by the Admin area are also yours and will be made available to you if you wish to leave. With the exception of our Clubs product, the design is yours once the setup fee has been paid.

Privacy policy

We will not supply your details to any third party without your consent.

Support

We will endeavour to provide the best possible support wherever possible. Support is available during office hours. Any advice we provide is offered in confidence and without prejudice. We offer support on the topics of website design, website content and website promotion. Our support does not extend to IT.

Hosting - Website and email

Your website must be hosted on our own servers in order to use our Admin system, which is under strict copyright. We do not permit the release of our Admin code under any circumstances. StyleEyes Design uses reseller accounts from reputable hosting providers in Australia, the US and the UK. We will host your website in the most suitable territory. In the event of server downtime we will do whatever is realistically possible to get your website and/or email back online as soon as we can. If we deem necessary we will move your website to another provider without notice. Email may be hosted elsewhere but your hosting fee from us will remain the same. We can offer Nameserver and DNS assistance to help you establish an alternative email solution.

Invoicing and payments

Set-up fees if applicable must be paid in full before going live with your own domain name. Invoices for hosting will be sent either electronically or via traditional mail 30 days before due date. Hosting is payable six-monthly in advance and is non-refundable. Pay on time to avoid your service being suspended. We accept Cheques and Bank Transfers.

Setup and standard features

Design, where applicable, is undertaken by professional graphic designers. Due to code or system limitations your exact design requests may not be possible within our standard setup fee. Our website products come with standard features including home page slideshow, home page news ticker, updatable header and footer, gallery, google map embeds and seo entry fields. Additional features, which require extra design or development will constitute 'extra work'.

Extra work

You will not incur any extra charges without prior arrangement. We can undertake additional and chargeable design or development work for you by mutual agreement.

Demos

Any demos created by StyleEyes Design are under our copyright until setup payment has been received. If you do not purchase the demo website we have created you are not permitted to use or reproduce any of our creative design or code content.
